Holy Spirit will Quicken our mortal bodies

If you have been feeling tired weak in your body, what you want is for the Holy Spirit in you to give life to your mortal body the same way He raised Christ from the dead!
Look at today’s verse. The first thing I want you to see in this verse is how God, the Holy Spirit and Jesus are mentioned not once but twice here. My friend, this tells you that all three persons of the Godhead are doubly interested in giving life to your mortal body!

Judge God Faithful-Hebrews 11:11

Don’t let the devil disqualify you by bringing you the law and saying, “How can you receive this blessing when just last night, you broke God’s law?” or “Are you sure you deserve this?” Instead, say, “Father, I thank You that I receive everything freely by Your grace, Your unmerited favor in my life, because of the blood of Jesus!”

AFFRIMATION

I speak the end result of what God's word tells me about my situation as opposed to the way it appears to the senses.

I stop "telling it like it is" and start speaking and believing the promises of God.

I put the power of God's word to work for me.
Proverbs 18:21 - "Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit therof."

THIRSTY

A PARCHED SOUL IS A LOVE STARVED HEART!

WORLD

THE WORLD IS A BEAUTIFUL RAINBOW!

THE POWER TO CREATE

Education sometimes rob people of their creativity!!

PEACE

Peace that flows like a river in my soul. When you have peace in your soul concerning a decision you're trying to make, more than likely this is the right decision. When you're confused about a matter, don't decide anything. Just go with peace. Sometimes I write and I feel as though someone has stolen my mind!!

GRACE IS AN OFFENSE

The preaching of grace is an offense to many because it doesn't give glory to man, but rather gives glory to God. Law glorifies man and his works but grace glorifies God and the finished work-Kirankant Gaikwads'

Grace and not Works

Whether it is partaking of the Holy Communion or confessing God’s Word, do these things out of rest. Don’t feel as if you need to put the demand on yourself to be healed. My friend, you can’t earn your healing. It is something that God gives you by His grace.
Beloved, God wants you to see that Jesus has already paid for your healing. Today, He is so pleased with Jesus’ finished work that He is more than happy to bountifully supply all the healing and provision that you desire.
When you truly have a revelation of this, nothing will stop you from declaring His Word over yourself and running to the Lord’s table with thanksgiving and expectation. And when you act in faith out of rest, it won’t be long before you see your miracle manifest!

Read The Book (Bible)

When we purchase anything unassembled, we get the instructions on how to assemble it. The item doesn't have to be that complicated, but usually we discover there is this little screw that left undected that holds the object together. If we fail to read the instructions we have to disassemble the object and repeat the process over.
Life is similar to a complicated toy or object that comes unassembed. It is full of instructions and directions pointing us in the right direction. If we throw away the instruction manual, we may as well throw away our destiny_The Cracked Door/Bea Lee

Today's Verse: These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full. - John 15:11 (KJV

If i want my joy fulfilled,

Your Identity

IN CHRIST

Your identity is hidden in Christ, but it is manifested so the world can see how blessed you are and desire what you have. Circumstances, life conditions, and other situations do not determine, disqualify or quantify your identity. If you are a child of God, then your life is in Christ Jesus and that my dear sisters and brothers has been established in heaven and there's nothing that you can do about it...give glory to God for His umerited favor.

Shalom

PEACE IN THE MIDST OF THE STORM

Mark 4:37-38, "And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship so that it was now full. And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master carest thou not that we perish?"

MATTHEW 12:46-50; 8:23-27; MARK 3:31-35; 4:35-41; LUKE 8:19-26

Considering the fact that the boat was filled with water, it is amazing that the disciples had to awaken Jesus. This was not a large ship with cabins below deck but rather a small, open boat and Jesus was, no doubt, "soaked to the bone." This reflects Jesus' humanity and how tired He must have been. It also shows that Jesus must have been in a very deep sleep. Medical science has discovered that the deeper we sleep, the more rest our bodies get. This is a clue as to how Jesus could maintain the grueling pace He kept, along only with an occasional all-night prayer time. He was receiving the maximum benefit from His sleep.

Jesus did not say "Let us go out into the midst of the sea and drown in a storm." He was going to the other side. This shows that the disciples still didn't understand Jesus' authority. They were committed to Him as their Messiah, but they hadn't yet realized that Jesus was Lord even over the physical elements. Many Christians still do this today. They receive the spiritual benefits of salvation but have not reaped the physical benefits of health and prosperity, which are also part of our salvation.

Whichever we focus upon - the storm, or the Lord in the midst of our storm - will determine how we manage the storms we face in life. He is not asleep concerning the things you face in this life, He's right there in your "ship," resting, because He knows you'll both get to the "other side." His peace is yours. Believe His Word. Rest in His love.

Advocate

Who Cares:
Caring about the least among you is not enough, however sensitivity is a must. Why do we have the :least" among us as we live in a place of aboundance? May we cease to look for blame, and begin to search out meaningful solutions to essential and nonessential problems of the least among us.

Our Advocate

Your Advocate Always Wins Your Case
1 John 2:1
1
My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.

If you want a glimpse of some real-life celestial drama, picture this: God the Father sits as Judge of the universe with Jesus Christ at His right hand, who is not only your High Priest, but also your Advocate.

When your accuser, the devil, comes along and says, “You have done this wrong and you have not done that right,” Jesus says, “Father, the devil is right, but My blood has paid for what the devil is accusing him of.”

Then the devil adds, “You have also not been reading the Bible or praying enough. And this morning, you told a lie.”

Again, Jesus will say, “Father, the devil has indeed reported correctly, but My blood has paid for all these failures.”

God the Father will then slam the gavel on the sound block and say, “Case dismissed! Next!”

COUNT ON GOD'S FORGIVENESS

Count On God’s Forgiveness
Hebrews 10:2
2
... For the worshipers, once purified, would have had no more consciousness of sins.

What are you more conscious of today? Your sins or the fact that you have been forgiven? My friend, don’t be conscious of your sins. Be conscious instead of Jesus and His finished work. The Lamb of God has taken away all your sins at the cross, so count on the fact that you are a forgiven child of God!

Thankfulness

PSALM 69

I will praise God's name in songs and glorify (magnify) him with thanksgiving.

It is always good to praise God for everything that He has done. People focus too much on what they feel they should have and don't. We didn't deserve the blessing of God, yet He has blessed us with everything we need that pertains to life and holiness through knowledge of Him: is there anything else that you need?

Praise God and give Him thanks for what He has done for us; truthfully, He didn't have to do anything good for us!

Keys to staying full of God- Romans 1: 21

Glorify God as God

SALT OF THE EARTH

SALT SHAKERS

Matthew 5:13, "Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men."

MATTHEW 5:13-16

What is it that will be cast out and trodden under foot of men? Is it the salt, or is it possible that Jesus is speaking about the world? If we as believers lose our preserving influence, then there is no other way for the Lord to save the world. It will be dominated by men.

God flows through His people. It is not our own power that changes people. It's God's power in us. but God will not do it without us. It's a partnership.
Many people spend a lifetime praying for God to move, not understanding that He is going to flow through them. It is not God who is failing to intervene. It is God's people who are failing to cooperate and let Him flow through them.

Every Christian has God living in them. Therefore we are carrying around other people's miracles. If we fail to walk in the supernatural power of God, then somone will miss their miracle. We are God's salt to preserve this putrifying world. Today, get out of the shaker and let the life of God which is in you flow to someone in need.

I WILL LET DOWN THE NETS

AT THY WORD

Luke 5:5, "And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net."

LUKE 5:1-11

Peter and his companions had been working hard all night. Their efforts had not produced even one fish. They had given up and were headed home. But Jesus told them to try it just one more time.
It would have been easy for Peter to reject Jesus' command. After all, Peter had been a fisherman all his life. Jesus was just a preacher. What did He know about fishing? Yet something, or rather someone, caused Peter to try just once more.

Many people are like Simon Peter and his partners. They have done all that they know to do and yet they've come up empty-handed. This breeds a despair and hopelessness that causes many people to quit trying. Yet, just one word from Jesus could make the same tasks that have been unproductive on our own bear great fruit.

The key to success or failure lies in doing things at the word of Jesus. Peter said, "at thy word I will let down the net." God's words always get results.
Today, make sure your efforts are directed by God and you will experience the results that have eluded you in the past.

DRAWN BY HIS POWER

DRAWN BY HIS POWER

Mark 1:37, "And when they had found him, they said unto hm, All [men] seek for thee."

MK. 1:35-39; LK. 4:42-44

This is an amazing statement. Jesus' ministry was only a few months old and the masses of people were already seeking him out.

This is even more astonishing when you realize that Jesus had not used any of the conventional methods of publicity. In fact, Jesus had already rejected publicity during His first ministry in Jerusalem (Jn. 2:24-25). There was no natural explanation for Jesus' success.

God is the one who promoted Jesus. And He used supernatural means to do it. It was not the slick techniques of Madison Avenue that brought the crowds--it was the awesome manifestation of God's power.

Just the day before, Jesus had cast the demon out of a man at the synagogue in Capernaum (Mk. 1:21-28). This caused the whole city to gather at Peter's house and Jesus healed every one of them (Lk. 4:40).

Jesus' display of the miraculous power of God was the spark that the Holy Spirit used to light a fire in the hearts of these people. Jesus had this power because of His intimate relationship with His father. It is no accident that He was praying while all men were seeking Him.

As you seek to touch others with the new life that you've found in Christ, let God confirm His Word with the miraculous manifestations of His power through you.

FAMILIARITY BREEDS CONTEMPT

Luke 4:24, "And he said, Verily I say unto you, No prophet is accepted in his own country."

LUKE 4:16-30

A modern day equivalent of this verse is "familiarity breeds contempt." Those who know the most about us also know more of our faults than anyone else. As a general rule, our weaknesses will blind most people to our strengths.

However, in the case of Jesus, there were no faults or failures to bias these people. In this instance, the problem stemmed from the people's lack of perception. They knew Jesus better than most in the flesh, but they had failed to see who He was in the Spirit.

Jesus was God in all His power and majesty, yet He was clothed in flesh --a human in every respect (1 Tim. 3:16; Heb. 1:3). These people looked on Jesus' outward appearance and failed to see God within (1 Sam. 16:7).

Likewise, we fail to see the potential in others and even in ourselves because of our preoccupation with the outward appearance and actions. But within every born again person is a new creation which is waiting to be released (2 Cor. 5:17). All it takes is someone who believes.

Today look beyond the exterior in yourself and others and help bring into reality what we can be in Christ.

Debt Cancellation

OUR DEBTS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED

Luke 4:19, "To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord."

LUKE 4:16-30

This scripture had been written prophetically by the prophet Isaiah about 650 years prior to this time. It was read in Jewish synagogues thousands of times. But the one this verse was speaking of had never spoken it before. With this pronouncement, Jesus began the year of Jubilee.

The Year of Jubilee was described in Leviticus 25. It was a year when everyone left their fields unworked and kept a sabbath unto the Lord. The Lord gave the people a miraculous provision the year before this jubilee started that sustained them for three years until their crops could once again be harvested.

This jubilee was different than the other sabbatical years in that every debt was cancelled. All property was returned to its original owner and anyone who had been sold into slavery was set free. It was a year of new beginnings.

Jesus proclaimed a spiritual jubilee. We now live in a time when all our debts to God have been cancelled and all the things the devil stole from us have been returned. Even our slavery to the devil has come to an end through the redemptive work of our Lord Jesus Christ. This is a time for rejoicing.

Jesus is our jubilee.

Daily Meditation

Years ago, the Lord impressed Andrew with the importance of meditating in His Word daily. One of the secrets of a seed is that it has to stay planted to germinate. You can't just keep it in the ground two days a week and expect it to bring forth fruit. Likewise, God's Word is a seed. It needs to abide in your heart continually to produce results. Consistency, which is only accomplished on a daily basis, is the key to bringing forth those results

JESUS'S BLOOD KEEPS ON CLEANSING YOU

During the day, the devil may whisper in your head, “You cannot go into God’s presence because you have not been reading your Bible and serving in church.” Or he will tell you that it is because of the sin which you have just committed.

The devil will always make you feel that you are not qualified or clean enough to go near God. But the truth is, regardless of how you feel and what you have done, the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sin.

In the original Greek text, the tense for the word “cleanses” denotes a present continuous action. This means that once you are a believer, the blood of Jesus Christ keeps on cleansing you from every sin!

So you can rest knowing that you are always forgiven in this continuous “wash cycle” of Jesus’ blood. Because you are continually cleansed, you are always in the light. Of course, you will fail here and there, but you are still in the light because the blood is continuously washing you!

Transforming

By the way, do something different for the kingdom this year! Happy New Year!

Genealogy-Hope for Mankind

Luke mentions Jesus as being the supposed son of Joseph who was the son of Heli. It was actually Mary who was the daughter of Heli. This was done in other Old Testament instances (Num. 27:1-11; 36:12 with Ruth 4:6). Mary's genealogy was also from David but through Nathan, a half brother of Solomon. Thus the lineage was preserved but the curse bypassed.

These genealogies show the infinite wisdom of God in fulfilling His promises despite the corruption of man. In fact these genealogies are full of murderers, adulterers, and every sort of pervert know to man, and yet these same people were used of God, not because of their actions but in spite of them. This means there is still hope for us.

God has never had anyone qualified working for Him yet and we won't be the first. The history of God's dealings with man reveal that He has always used less than perfect vessels. We can rejoice and take comfort in the fact that God uses us because of our faith and not our holiness.

There is much hope for even you and me!
