WORKS

For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do-Ephesians 2:10

God has a perfect plan for each one of us, but it is up to each of us to pursue those plans. God will not force his pre-ordained plans for us; He has given us a choice (Deut. 30:19). It is our decisions that determine our destiny.

When making important decisions let the peace of God rule in your heart-Colossians 3:15. 

SUBMIT AND RESIST

How to live above Satan's attacks: James 4: 7- Submit to God and resist the devil and he will flee from you. We have to stop magnifying our circumstances and start resisting the devil.

How? Why certainly by using our weapon, even the word of God :-)

FAITH IS THE SERVANT

Luke 17: 3-9:
Faith is the servant. Faith is ready to work, don't let faith sit down after a victory. Keep putting faith to work. There is nothing that faith can't overcome.

GOD'S ASSURANCE TO ISRAEL

Isaiah 41: 8-13

But you Israel, art my servant, Jacob whom I have chosen, the seed of Abraham my friend. You whom I have taken from the ends of the earth, and called thee from the chief men thereof, and said unto thee, You art my servant; I have chosen you, and not cast thee away. God loves us just as we are, yet He loves us so much that He doesn't want us to stay as we are!!

Power of Faith

Ephesians 3: 16-20; Exodus 14: 13-15: Many believers do not understand the power that is within them. The power of faith, the power God used to raise Jesus from the grave is the same power that God has given to all believers. This explains why believers beg and plea with God to do for them what they believe they are unable to do for themselves.

Prayer is important, however the time comes when we have to get up off our knees and act; do something as God demonstrated to Moses. Moses bold statement of faith "stand still and see the salvation of the Lord; the Lord will fight for you as you keep silent." God ask Moses "why are you crying to me?" Moses possessed the power to do something, the rod given to him by God.

Believers have the Holy Spirit living on the inside of them; the faith of Jesus, and God's word at our disposal to use. Pray by all means, but then get up off your knees and move forward!

VISION

What is God trying to create through you? Write it down; make it plain; make it simple! RUN WITH THE VISION!!

THE FAITH OF JESUS

I am really being blessed by the teaching presently being taught by Bro Andrew Warmmack of the Gospel Truths...You Already Got It. Ephesians 2:8; 2 Peter 1:1; Romans 12:3; Galatians 2: 16, 20;  and John 14:12.

God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith (not a measure of faith) so that none could boast; this faith is a gift from God. Mustard seed faith will not work if accompanied with doubt. All believers have . obtained like precious faith through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ. We are of the same mind; should not boast; think of oneself more highly than another. We are justified by the faith of Jesus; Jesus Christ living in believers therefore believers are living by the faith of Jesus Christ. Hence; Jesus said that in Him we would be able to do greater works than he did because of the faith of Jesus dwelling on the inside of us.

We have the same potential to do what Jesus did and greater works shall we do (John 14:12). We have his faith, power, and nature living on the inside of us!!

God's Kind of Faith/This is Good News

Ephesians 2:8 reads, for by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God. This faith is God's faith. How do we get this God kind of faith? Roman 10:17 states that faith comes as a result of hearing the word of God preached. God's faith was given to every believer at the moment they were Born Again. Have a blessed day!

JESUS PAID OUR DEBT

 

John 12:31 "Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out."

 

There is still a future judgment of the world coming, where the wicked will be separated from the righteous and cast into the lake of fire. This verse refers to the sins of the world that were about to be placed on Jesus and that He would suffer our punishment.

Jesus suffered the punishment for our sins, so there is no reason why we should suffer for them too. The price for sin has already been paid by the only one who could fully pay it and that is Jesus. All Jesus asks of us to make His redemption ours, is faith in Him as our Lord.

Sin has a wage it must pay and no one can avoid payday without faith in Jesus. Anyone who does not receive the new birth will be held liable for all the wrong they committed as a result of their sinful nature. However, those who receive the new birth through faith in Jesus, don't have a sin nature and therefore, will not receive the payment of death.

Physical death as well as every result of the sin nature (i.e. sickness, depression, fear, etc.) is only a by-product of the spiritual death that was already inside of us. The Lord told Adam that in the day he ate of the forbidden tree, he would surely die (Gen. 2:17). Adam didn't die physically that day but he did die spiritually. Physical death came 930 years later for Adam (Gen. 5:5) as a by-product of his spiritual death.

Eternal life is a gift. The dictionary defines a gift as "something that is bestowed voluntarily and without compensation; a present." We have nothing to do with earning this gift. All you have to do is receive it by faith.
